IMPORTANT DEADLINES
- TUESDAY, DECEMBER 5 — Hotel reservation opens (link to be sent out)
- MONDAY, JANUARY 22 — Quartet Entry forms due to International HQ
- TUESDAY, JANUARY 23 — Chorus Entry forms due to International HQ
- MONDAY, JANUARY 27 — Draw for Order of Appearance
- FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2 — AET/SET registration opens (online)
- TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 20 — Last day to make hotel reservations
- FRIDAY, MARCH 1 — All other forms due (Unsung Hero, Noteworthy Award, Rose Ceremony, etc.) (to be distributed approx. Feb. 17); Last day to register for an AET/SET online.
- THURSDAY, MARCH 21 – Quartet/Chorus Briefing
- FRIDAY, MARCH 22 – QUARTET CONTEST

All Competing Members must stay at least one night in one of the contracted hotels. Competing members who choose to stay at home or stay in a different hotel will be billed $100 to help offset the cost of not making our contracted room blocks.

- Reservations need to be made no later than Feb. 20, 2024
- Cancel by 3:00 pm – 48 hrs before arrival. 1 one-night deposit will be charged if the room is not canceled on time.
- Check-in: 3 pm
- Checkout - 11 am
- 1 person from each room will call in or book their room online. It will require a 1 night deposit. The link for reserving rooms will be sent by December 5, 2023.
